Markos László

I was born in Budapest in April 1985 and completed my studies in Nagykanizsa. I began my professional career in 2005 in Budapest, working as a lighting and sound technician at clubs on Hajógyári Island.

From the mid-2000s onwards, I worked as a lighting and sound technician at several major entertainment venues in Budapest. During this period, I also worked as a DJ, which gave me insight into the world of stage and entertainment productions from both a musical and technical perspective.

Over the years, I have contributed to the production of numerous concerts and events. My work has included providing live sound for bands, operating lighting systems, and designing and implementing the visual concepts of various productions.

A few years ago, I joined Trojka Theatre Company, where, in addition to handling lighting and sound for performances, I also contribute to the preparation and technical execution of productions. After our first collaboration, I was very happy to remain with the company, and I have continued to take an active role in the technical realisation of several of its productions.

I see light and sound as essential tools in shaping the dramaturgy, atmosphere and emotional impact of a performance. In my work, I aim to support the artistic world of each production with precision while providing a reliable technical foundation for the performance.
