1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purpose (newsletter)
Data processed during newsletter signup: email address; the time of subscription and confirmation (double opt-in); the fact and technical record of consent (to prove consent). Purpose: sending the newsletter about new premieres, performances and ticket sales. We do not use this data for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for sending the newsletter is the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time without justification. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
4. Data processors (newsletter)
To send the newsletter we use a newsletter provider as data processor: MailerLite (operated by an EU-based provider registered in Lithuania, under a data processing agreement). The provider processes the email address only for the technical delivery of the newsletter, on our instructions. 5. Data retention period (newsletter)
We process the email address until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing or withdrawal, we delete the address from the newsletter list; we may retain the fact of consent and unsubscription separately for a limited period for legal accountability.
6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may request access to their data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, may object to processing, exercise the right to data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (including via the one-click unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter). Complaints can be filed with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, www.naih.hu). Requests can be sent to the contact below.
